Pop Up Beach Yoga Antibes for ARC South Goa

Yoga on the Beach to celebrate the start of Spring! My favourite time of year! All proceeds will go To ARC South Goa, India. An animal reduce centre and hospital who dedicate their lives to helping the street animals. On my visit in November, I experienced their passion and selflessness towards these animals. Working tirelessly to stop the pain and suffering of the animals abandoned by society.

This Vinyasa Flow will be a guided class for all levels, giving options for those yogis who like to challenge themselves and those who prefer to go slow and listen to the waves!

As a one off, this class will be 90 minutes giving us the time to cover some breath work, movement and a moment of true relaxation.
