  • 1 Live Class per week for 6 weeks

  • 1 Private Consultation - 30 minutes

  • Learn how to breath efficiently

  • Learn the basic postures

  • Practice how to relax

  • Virtually meet like minded people

  • Continued Support via email (answered within 24 hours)

Everyone! Open to any ages and abilities. Adjustments will be made for medical conditions or injuries.
