This is me, with my favourite beings, my partner and rescue street dog from Mauritius!
I love to explore, I love nature and being outdoors, I am a vegetarian and also happen to have Celiac disease so don't even bother inviting me for food!
I found sports at a late age of 19/20 and used to run a lot and loved the gym.
My journey has changed throughout the years and through physical limitations such as knee issues but also my internal healing process. Yoga has helped me tune into my body, mind and heart on a deeper level and with time I have learned to appreciate and love myself for who and where I am at now.
My teacher training took me to Goa for my initial 200 hours of training and Rishikesh for an extra 500 hours which were intense and revealing experiences.
With a passion for learning I completed 40 Hours of Yin Yoga teacher training with Norman Blair in the UK and further training with The Minded Institute in London in Yoga for Mental Health & Yoga for PTSD. I am curious and love learning and I am currently studying advanced breathwork with the Minded Institute, the practices of Wimhof and Oxygen Advantage.
All the classes I provide are based around a more scientific approach. I can also work with your physio recommendations.
The fundamental pillars of the yoga practice such as physical postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation are all part of my practice and teaching.
I specialise in Private Classes aimed at individuals with a wide range of conditions but thoroughly enjoy teaching Group classes too.
